This workshop is for intermediate to advanced vinyasa yoga students who want to learn and improve their arm balance asanas. No matter where you are in your balance journey, there will be something for you to learn and practice.
Together we will build the core, arm, chest and shoulder strength needed to hold advanced arm balances such a handstand, crow, flying pigeon, hurdler, scale or eight angle pose.
Props and conditioning exercises will be used to make arm balances postures accessible to all students.
We will end the workshop with a guided meditation.
