Hatha Yoga with Sandhya Kaurwar
In Hatha Yoga Classes you tend to hold poses longer and focus on flowing the breath through the Asanas (yoga poses). This can provide students with a chance to deepen their experience of the pose and be challenged both mentally and physically. This class includes a centering warm up, Asanas (yoga poses), Breath Work, and ends with a blissful Yoga Nidra Meditation. It is a class for any level, beginners included.
