Sunday, 6:15pm - 6:45pm (Meditation, Meditación)

Studio Policies

Please honor these expiration policies and consider them when purchasing classes.

All class cards are non refundable and non transferable
No extensions beyond expiration date. In the case of an emergency, packages can be frozen.
Pre/post natal clients are able to freeze their package during the months they were unable to practice.
If you register in advance and cannot attend, you must cancel on MindBody Online.
Our mat classes can be cancelled without penalty up to one hour before class begins.
Our equipment classes can be cancelled without penalty up to five hours before class.
Private sessions up to 24 hours in advance.
You will be charged for the class if you late cancel or are a no show.
Monthly Members will be granted one ‘late cancel’ exemption a month for monthly members and one 'late cancel' during the two week period for Intro Offer. All further late cancellations will be a $10 fine. Packages activate at the date of first use (please take note of this when registering for your first class)
Late Policy:
If you are late to class and arrive less than 5 minutes after class start time, please enter quietly and wait to be directed to a spot in class.
If you register in advance for a full class and are not in the studio at the class start time, you may lose your spot to a waitlisted student. Please be aware that we cannot hold reservations for latecomers in sold out classes. Arriving before the start of class will guarantee your reservation.
Workshops: Pre-registration for workshops is strongly encouraged. Online registration closes 48 hours in advance of the workshop. Please email info@secondstorymovement.com if you would like to enroll in a workshop after the online registration has closed. Workshop reservations cannot be refunded. A student may cancel a workshop reservation at least 48 hours in advance to receive a credit for future workshops. No credit is given if the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before the start of the workshop.
Please turn off all noise making devises when you enter the studio (this includes cell phones, apple watches, ect).
